problem may be like this :Prevx CSI pops up (have never seen it before, ever) and says that I have a worm and that i need a license to clean out, "C:Program Files\Logitech\Desktop Messenger\8876480\Pro..."
that is all I can see. I have Comodo Firewall, ran that found nothing...Malewarebytes Antimaleware, found 2 things, cleaned them.....avast, found nothing.......spyware terminator, found nothing. I did get a wierd pop up in windows explorer, my webcam came up inside my windows explorer without me opening it.

2. Update the virus definitions. Reboot computer in SafeMode;

3. Delete the IE temp files,some Prevx CSI pops up temp file exisit there.
