Trying to fix this on my moms computer since yesterday. I ran AVG (screen shot of results attached), and it could not remove orquarantine it. I ran CCcleaner and Avast, all in safe mode with system restore off. Ran hijack this just now and attached the results. Some help would be greatly appreciated.
For successful remove Trojan horse Sheur.CCXR virus,you may also need do as following:
