NY -> 5 C:\WINDOWS\*.tmp files -> C:\WINDOWS\*.tmp
NY -> 60 C:\WINDOWS\Temp\*.tmp files -> C:\WINDOWS\Temp\*.tmp
[Empty Temp Folders]
[Start Explorer]
[Reboot]

2. Update the virus definitions. Reboot computer in SafeMode;

3. Delete the IE temp files,some Adware.whenusave temp file exisit there.
